Billie is the titular protagonist of Billie Bust Up!
Biography[]
Billie is a young goat from Pygmyshire. She wants to become a hero someday, and longs to leave the village’s walls someday and set off for adventure throughout the world outside much like her father, Arthur. Since she was young, she has witnessed unstable and out of control magic that often lead to the destruction of her village and is disdained by the villagers there. Very few villagers in Pygmyshire care for her well-being, includes some like her mother Belle and her best friends Lewis and Lily. Together with Lewis and Lily, they form team STDWOLOM (initials for "something to do with our love of magic"). They are also mentored by Socrates who runs the library in Billie's village.
Appearance[]
Billie is a small fluffy whitish-purple goat with accents of pale purple fur, she has dark purple spots on her left eye, the tips of her ears, hooves, feet, and a tuft of fur on the top of her head. Her horns and hooves are sandy yellow and her eyes are bright cyan. She has white fur on her muzzle and belly. She wears her fathers golden bell around her neck and wields a Colorful Umbrella, and a Wooden Sword.
Personality[]
Billie is chaotic and adventurous and tends to be too caught up in her own goals to take notice of what’s going on around her. This is evident in her song "Adventure", in which Lewis is tossed around by the forest in the background while Billie doesn’t take notice. Instead, she continues to sing her silly little tune and goes on with her adventuring.[5] Despite her chaotic nature, Billie would never willingly cause harm to someone. Sometimes, she sneaks out with Lewis and Lily to the enchanted forest, which is how she met Oscar.
Billie struggles with controlling her immense magical abilities which are both powerful and unpredictable, often causing unintended damage and making her a feared figure in her community. Despite being viewed as a menace, Billie is determined to master her magic and use it to assist the very people who scorn her. After finding out of her father's heroic deeds, she is determined to follow his footsteps and to emulate Arthur and Aristotle's achievements and journeys by going on her own adventures.

- In earlier versions of the game, Billie's name was spelled as "Billy".
- Billie has ADHD, and a lot of her idle animations are her stims.
- Billie is based off of lead developer Katie when they were Billie's age.
- Billie is 15 years old, almost 16.
- Billie would not be okay with killing according to an answer in a Twitter QNA[6].
- When Billie gets angry or upset, she loses control of her powers and causes large magic explosions.
