Dutch is an antagonist in Billie Bust Up!
Biography[]
Dutch is the owner of the Razzle Dazzle Hotel, a popular and well known vacation spot located in the sky. He is known for his criminal dealings in the magic underworld, often trading for black market goods and magical trinkets, and is famous for his singing and considered a celebrity around the park. Billie stumbles upon this hotel in an attempt to look for a magical Gem that he's hiding though he claims he doesn't know what she's talking about.
Appearance[]
Dutch has white fur and a huge amount of fur on his neck aswell as grey hair, eyebrows, tail and a mysterious scar on his muzzle. He has a red vest with a yellow tie adorned with many beads and a black jacket, which both have a few pockets.
Personality[]
Dutch is described as hearty, cheerful and charming by the developers. Anything else has yet to be known.
