Elaine Corso is an antagonist in Billie Bust Up!
Biography[]
Elaine is the Pirate Queen of Claw Bay, ruling over the Cat Pirates as their captain.
Elaine is the holder of the green Gem of Alchemy which allows her to use the full powers of alchemy. [3]
Personality[]
Elaine is confident, determined, and will do anything in order to reach her goals. She is fearsome and powerful, ruling over the cat pirates with an iron fist- but can be kind-hearted to the ones whom are close to her. Elaine loves her crew as they are family to her, and she would do anything to protect them.
Appearance[]
Elaine is a serval with yellow and slight shade of red eye-color. For her attire, she wears a red pirate frock coat with slightly less satured color and a red bandanna wich is a slightly darker color than her coat. One of the spots of her fur on her forehead form a shape looking like a skeleton head.
