Giddy Goat Games (formerly Blueprint Games) are a group of video game developers based in Winchester, England. It was founded by Katie Nelson & James Thomas, and they are the creators of Billie Bust Up!.
In August 2023, they rebranded their company from Blueprint Games to Giddy Goat Games and announced that Billie Bust Up! would be published by Humble Games.
