Act 1

Aristotle and Billie sit in the forest about to leave for Claw Bay, Billie then asks why Aristotle can't just open a portal to Claw Bay in which Aristotle replies that it's too far, being on the other side of the planet which would cost to much energy to open a portal there. So instead they use the Umbrella to make a Broom Brolly which will allow them to fly through different areas creating portal along the way until they eventually reach Claw Bay. They go through a forest, fly by The Razzle Dazzle Hotel, an oasis in a desert, a bamboo forest, a snowy field, Barnaby's Mansion, The Lost City of Magic, and then finally reaches Claw Bay. Billie speeds up on her Broom Brolly and jumps off onto the beach giggling, though she doesn't know The Pirate Queen, Elaine Corso is watching her from the town.

Billie and Aristotle come into Scrimshaw's shop and ask about the Gem of Alchemy. Because he doesn't really trust them he makes up some bogus information about throwing a piece of cheese in the ocean and makes them pay a lot of gold for it. After they throw the cheese in the ocean, Aristotle is captured by Elaine and is taken away to an unknown place, Billie manages to get away however.

Billie goes back to Scrimshaw and explains that Aristotle has been captured and that she needs to find him, Scrimshaw apologizes for Aristotle being captured and for giving them wrong info, then he reveals that Elaine actually has the gem but it would just be a death sentence for Billie if she went to get it. But after some convincing Billie is able to make Scrimshaw explain how to get Aristotle and the Gem back through song! . He basically tells them to steal Elaine's keys, get into her cave, steal some of her treasure, save Aristotle, and give the stolen treasure to Scrimshaw. So Billie sets out with Oscar but before she can get to Elaine, Elaine gets to her first and captures her so she can utilize her magic for an unknown goal...

Elaine sits in front of Billie's cell waiting for her to wake up, Billie gets up looking around her cell and notices that Elaine has taken Oscar! Billie demands to know where he is but instead of telling Billie the answer, Elaine explains that she captured Billie so she could try to harness Billie's magical powers and use them for an unknown purpose. Billie jokes about it saying she doesn’t like her tone, and Elaine gets frustrated and threatens to harm Billie if she doesn’t comply, but she doesn’t seem interested. Elaine warns her again about this before leaving the room. Later one of Elaine's henchmen enters the cell to offer Billie a deal where she would use her powers to complete Elaine's dream but instead of accepting Billie escapes the cell running away and hiding in a barrel located in Elaine's room. The henchmen shyly enters Elaine's room as Elaine asks if Billie accepted their deal, the henchmen explains that Billie escaped and Elaine angrily screams "How did one little goat manage to escape all of you!", "Get out there! Get everyone! Find her now!". While Elaine is looking away at her desk Billie quickly jumps out and grabs Elaine's keys off her belt and runs out of the fort to go back to Scrimshaw.
